The color above is not bold really, its faded. Anway as you say it has 5 unique colour schemes, others may be bold and attractive to use.

Thats a great theme provided by themelib. Its looking so beautiful and elegant. Even the price is quite affordable. Lets wait to get the same theme customized for Blogger.

Looks really elegant, however, the layout isn’t really my style. I bet there will be many people who would disagree with me, but thats just my personal preference. I love the over scheme though.

OK, a bit busy for my liking, but not bad. The colours are listed as red, blue, green, purple & turquoise. Pardon my ignorance, but which colour would the above sample represent then? Green?
Elegant and classy is more of a feeling and mood that will be conveyed with a formal atmosphere. Serve high quality hors devours and wine/champagne on passed trays, send out formally printed invitations, etc.
I agree with the afternoon tea idea – classy, elegant and fun!! Maybe have a dress-up theme and have everyone come in a particular colour or even a hat – that’ll look great in photos!
