Photobucket Bandwidth Exceeded! I Need Your Help!
Finally, it happened. Yes, it happened as I predicted.
Recently, you have seen the dreaded image “Bandwidth Exceeded” in place of your images (and my images, of course). The Photobucket site which hosts my images have informed me that the download traffic for my online material has exceeded the bandwidth allocated to each free user (25GB of traffic each month). While its embarrassing, the silver lining is that traffic on my site (and yours) have been growing exponentially resulting in a need for me to go with a higher bandwidth account (pro account).
I’m providing my blogger templates for free. Yes, it is totally free. So, if you find they cool, helpful, inspiring, or whatsoever, I guess it’ll be a pleasure to donate me some money so that I could buy a Pro account on Photobucket. The current price is $3.95/month or $39.95/year.
Please click on the button below to donate the money via Paypal: you don’t even need a PayPal account! Via PayPal you can donate money using most major credit cards (PayPal will not disclose your credit card information to us) or from your PayPal account, if you have one.
I am sincerely grateful and thankful for the support of my regular readers.

Thats (un)fortunate…Its better for everyone to host their blog template images themselves
I use your templates, landing today to see my Blogger problems! Photobucket I know that beyond the broadband!
25GB equates to a fair amount of traffic! Was this during the first two weeks of this month?
If this happened in 2 weeks, then there should have been a real surge in the traffic.
Better ask the bloggers to upload the template images themselves.
i like the free designs here and i supported you even i didn’t get any blogger templates because i don’t use it much as before ” now wordpress ” but i hope i can donate because i like this place but paypal is not available in my country and i don’t have any account with them but this show me how much your designs are famous .
I wish i had supported you for your great work but……
I’m willing to help but I dont have fund yet on paypal either any of those credit cards. Small amount but it adds
to complete it. I’m using blogger templates thats the only reason.
When everything gonna be alright?
If this does’t get fixed soon, I’m afraid some will have to change their themes. Which will ironically reduce the traffic
Yes, I was using one of your blogger templates and I have to switch my template immediately because it was showing that photobucket has exceed the bandwidth. I don’t like the current template i’m running and I hope you will fix this soon.
Sorry to hear that. Curious, why aren’t you using Flickr?
Because it is easier to manage all the images with Photobucket
Indeed. That is why Photobucket is beginning to behave like some of the other biggies too!
So… still the template is down…
Do I have to believe the problem will be fixed soon or I should change my ThemeLib template ASAP?
when he got the premium account with Photobucket the templates will back online again , because without image hosting the pics will not appears on the templates ” soon it will fixed I’m sure ” .
Unfortunately, the same problem happened with my colleague as well.
If I receive any donation, I will upgrade to Pro account immediately.
Unfortunately, no one want to donate
Unfortunately I don’t have much funds in my paypal, and I have to scamper some money if I want to renew my domain
Better give the template images and ask the bloggers to upload them themselves.
really we want but if i made paypal with fake country they froze it after i receive money from it , and 40$ is not that much because we are much here and you know that your blogger template used by much people here !
It is sad to see that people who benefit from using your templates can’t donate towards keeping your efforts online, to their own benefit. Unfortunately the nature of the internet is such that people are so used to getting everything for free that they’re loathe to contribute towards things they directly benefit from.
We should ask those who downloaded the free themes from here to campaign for donations if they can’t donate themselves. I am using Blogger platform therefore I don’t have this problem.
Good luck to you I hope you fix your problem soon. This site is a big help to a lot of people.
Hi,
I really like your site and more over your themes. I used your Arthemia theme on my blog. Wonderful theme. I am expecting a payment around $20 this month, so as soon I get it I will definitely donate to you my friend!. Don’t get discouraged when no one come to help you in this type of critical situations. This is the real world. When everything is OK with you then everyone will praise you and when you are in trouble only few will come to help you. Go on with your good work. We’ll be with you! (I owe a lot to you!).
oh men i should ask my parents for my allowance so i can donate
but why is it that you are asking for money pal ? i thought you were earning a good amount of money with ads and links sold in this blog .isnt it ?
So that means I give out the templates for free, now I must pay for this ? So nice LOLz
There’s just no justice in this world, ain’t it? I’m glad to see that you are seeing the humor in all of this, and having a little giggle about it!
You should try Use.com They have no size or bandwidth restriction. Give it a try and let me know what you think. Pretty cool if you are a photographer and want to back up your files online. Best thing is you can make your images private which is what I do when backing stuff up with their bulk uploader.
Bookmarked..I haven’t used it yet,but it looks good.Let me see how it is in the long run.
can you give us the image so we can upload it by ourselves
If any templates are missing their images, please let me know.
my images is gone
Hi, dont know why all the fuss about image hosting… everyone knows that we can host one gigabyte of images on Web picasa albums and use their unlimited bandwith sapce to host the images, susprises me that you as a blogger template creater are not aware of this, you can use web picasa lbums to host your wordpress template images aswell.
Photobucket….bahhhhhh
I use Photobucket because it is very easy to manage all the images with just some clicks
you can separate your image hosting and maintain two accounts. to make sure your own sites are not affected, you can use your earnings to pay for a premium site. And for the free themes, you can use whatever donations you get to hest the images of the free themes.
It’s happened to me too
force to upgrade pro account
but now I store all my image on blogger.com
it’s free and no bandwidth limit..
Dude why don’t you shift to imageshack or gigaimage ?
Arranging to send you some funding via paypal. All the best. It may not come in from this account but come it will.
I am advised by my associate that arrangement to take care of one month rental for you has been made. All the best.
Shoulda known this was coming lol. Should host them yourself next time or somewhere free. You have good supporters though good luck.
yea,its always better to host your own images…in that way you don’t have the risk of bandwidth problem…
Hi! I received the same message today. I’ve been using photobucket for uploading images on my site for years, and never had a problem. It now says I consumed 24GB bandwidth in just 18 days. This must be a new limit, or an error, since last summer I was receiving +30% total pageviews and never reached this limit.
I already changed some images url’s just in case someone else is leaching them.
Hi. Some of the guys who complained here, posted a sites which are OK. My blog is still with crashed template. Is there a reason or I just don’t see other crashed blogger templates?
And what about the campaign, how much you received so far?
$0.00 of course lolz
I said that noone wanted to donate and it’s true.
People love free stuff
With a blog having high pagerank you should be able to earn some money from it to sustain your website.
oh men I’m still 16 years old so i don’t have a credit card! oh men!
Is there an alternative free hosting with higher bandwidth? Bet of luck to everyone using the themes here…
Have you received the remittance yet?
Upgrade to paid and then throw an image promoting your site up on all the blogs or re release the templates with the images and get the bloggers to self host them.
Thanks for your Template
I am planning to use it in my blog
By the way, try using http://www.tinypic.com. They provide direct links as well as unlimited bandwidth
i was here just to write the same comment !
Yes, I know this site. Unfortunately they change all the names of images to meaningless names
