Donate for Breast Cancer and Receive Free Revolution Theme(s)!
In order to participate in the “Chicago Breast Cancer 3-Day” event, Brian Gardner is offering a free Revolution Two theme + support package for anyone who is willing to donate $50, and a free Pro Plus package (all themes + support) for anyone who is willing to donate $100. If you have been sitting on the fence with purchasing a theme, here’s your opportunity to spend less money, and have it support his efforts to raise money to fight breast cancer.
Here is what he talked about it …
It’s all about karma, and making the world a better place…
On August 7th of 2009, I will once again lace up my shoes for the Chicago Breast Cancer 3-Day, and start an emotional journey that will take me 60 very long and grueling miles from the suburbs to downtown Chicago. This walk will be hot, this walk will be painful. There will be sweat, and there will be tears.
Most importantly, this event will benefit women and help to save lives…
I am required to raise a minimum of $2,300 to participate in the event. By the time that you finish reading this, two more women will be diagnosed with breast cancer, and another one just died from it. In fact, while I am walking those 60 miles, 110 women will die from this horrible disease. 110 families will lose a mother, or a daughter, or a best friend.
That is why I walk…
I don’t walk to get recognition. I don’t walk because I want people to think of me as a hero. I walk so that a little girl can grow up and spend time with her mother. I walk so that a mother can watch her daughter walk down the aisle at her wedding. I walk so that I don’t have to console another friend while a part of her life was taken too soon. I walk because I am physically able to, while others are not. I walk because I’ve been given so much, and I want to give back as much as I can.
I walk, because I cannot walk away…
I’ve checked out his page and saw that he has archived $1,225 so far. I hope this post will help him archive it faster …

Great news, but i can’t donate for this moment, hikz…
Nice initiative… I also heard of some Adult Porn Forums who donates something like 0.10 cents for the every post on their forums in a special particular thread..Hope I could help in this later.
Great Cause and Great Prize! Kudos.
If anyone has never been to see this phenomenal event they should take a few minutes to stop by it. We have this in Dallas every year and it is amazing. There are some great stories of survival and triumph here. It’s hard to go there and keep from shedding tears.
Oh yeah in my last comment I meant to say, great post, and it’s cool that you can get a free theme for doing this. I love Revolution, I use it on a couple of my blogs.
Breast cancer awareness is a very worthy cause, and hats off to Brian Gardner for launching this incentive. Every bit helps, and the more people accept social reponsibility and strive to make a difference via initiatives like this, the better place this world of ours will be.
I think donation initiatives to be the most noble in business and the best appearances of kind will.
That’s great news from Brian and a noble charity initiative and theme promotion as well
. I love Revolution Themes series. They’re great in design and usability. Hope I can take part on this charity.
I’m not earning that much to donate this volume yet. But, I have donated some money to one of the blogger who is preparing to buy some rice and noodles for Philippines flood victims.
I can’t donate $50 nor do I want a new blog theme however I will donate a little something for nothing. Breast cancer is devastating. A friend of mine works for cancer research and I know how much of a difference our donations make.
Thanks for sharing this opportunity to give to a worthy cause.
This is a cause we have supported for years. I am already a subscriber to Brian’s Revolution themes and he is indeed a nice guy. This effort just improves that view.
Some time ago I tried to help someone who has cancer and nobody was willing to donate. Not even $5. Maybe if they get something in exchange people will be more involved.
Anyways, it would be nice to see that people do help each other even when no financial benefits are involved.
