This is a nice clean theme. Sometimes simple is better. How easy is it to work with this theme? Is the backend as simple as the front view?

Seriously, I am looking for WordPress themes for my new blog projects. Though I haven’t decided yet on what to use. Would anybody know if the themes are already SEO optimized? Too many plugins slow down a website you know…
