Arthemia magazine blogger template
Arthemia is a free professional magazine style theme designed by Michael Jubel and was converted to Blogger Template by me. Even though Arthemia blogger template doesn’t have middle category bar because of the limit of Blogspot (and/or the limit of my skill), it is still a high quality must-have theme.

Install Arthemia magazine blogger template
Step 1.Change Blog’s logo
Here is the logo link, you should change it to yours

The size of logo should be about 180×40 pixels
Step 2. Set up the Drop down menu
Press Ctrl+F to find these lines

As you can see from the code in bold above, we can create child items (About me, Contact me, Visit my blog) for an item (Theme Lib). You can duplicate these code to create more child items for others.
Note: this drop down menu doesn’t work on Internet Explorer
Step 3. 468×60 banner ad
The code for 468×60 banner ad is below <div class=’banner-ad’>. If you’ve got ads to place in here, then just replace the code. If you don’t have ads to use, you can leave my default ads (yeah, I really appreciate that 
).

Can I just use the logo by link to that photobucket or it needs to be uploaded into blogger.. The blogger Image link code is very long.. Not a simple link..
You can update the logo to any free hosting services as you like

You need to have HTML/CSS knowledge to get a header image instead of logo and 468×60 banner.

I couldn’t figure out how to add/substitute a header image either.
Nevermind. The explanation is right there, on page 3 of the comments. Read the comments on that page to find out how to add your own header logo.

My personal experienced – using free blogger template is a nightmare.

I agree with Michael.. For a non technical person, it could be a daunting task to tamper with the HTML code of the blogger in case of an even small issue.

The typical arthemia category box can definitely be included using a html widget between the featured post and page main content..
As I pointed out, a blogger has accomplished this he blogs at labofweb. Seems he used the same what I mentioned.. I actually like your works but felt you should have done this better..
This template looks amazing but for the commoner like myself that knows nothing about html its a nightmare! My blog was pretty much destroyed from this template and will never be the same because I can’t figure out how to fix it. It’s a real shame and I might have to start over completely from scratch! The instructions on how to edit the template are not clear at all!
i got the same problem, i find editing the html is really difficult. is anyone know where to find easy tutorial to edit this template. i like it so much, but there is lot i want to customize to fit my need.
The “Read The Full Story” didnt work. It stuck and showing all the words in the main page. Am I screwed up?
