Blogger limited number of blogs per account
Today when I was creating a new domain to demo my new blogger template, I got this message from Blogger.com
You are only allowed to have 100 blogs per account. Please reuse or delete one of your existing blogs or create a new account
If you think that you are receiving this message in error, please contact the Blogger Help Group. We apologize for any inconvenience.
I’m sure Blogger.com has updated this limit recently because I’ve already had 133 blogs 
Anyways, I must create a new Google account soon
