How to change Timestamp format in Blogger
You know, there are lots of blogger templates using Timestamp format for posted day instead of DateTime format. We must change the TimeStamp as their format otherwise the date won’t show up properly on each of your posts! Actually the date will most likely be blank and you’ll think the template is broken.
Ok, we will figure it out now
Step 1. Login to your blogger account
Step 2. At Dashboard, choose tab Settings
Step 3. At Setting tab, choose tab Formatting
Step 4. At Formatting tab, change Timestamp Format to format like “Tuesday, May 5,2008″.
Remember change the TIMESTAMP, not the DATE HEADER

Step 5. Save your template and DONE.

I love your astro Template. I normally write on subjects like astrology, numerology, gemstones, hindu mantras etc and that template suits my topic. But unfortunately i have trouble with the template. Maybe because this is my first attempt with templates.
i first downloaded and unzipped the template, then went to one of my old blogs which i had abandoned and uploaded the template as per the procedure, saved and changed the timestamp too.
I uploaded the header image but it does not show and i have no clue as to what to do with the other images in the folder and customise to my requirement. Please help!
You forgot to replace all images links with the new ones. Please replace http://your-link-here with your new link.
The one i was using was a traditional blogger template and does not have any images. Please let me know how the image links can be replaced. I wud appreciate your help.
Hi, I’ve noticed blogger timestamp use US format – i.e. m-d-y, so we have dates like “monday, may 27, 2009″ for example. But I’m Italian, and in Italy we use d-m-y format. Do you know if there is a way to change the code, in order to show a date like “monday, 27 may 2009″?
WOW, its amazing…
i was wonder where i can change the time stamp
Can the underpost timestamp be as you’ve done it but with a time as well? ie Tuesday, June 24, 2008 12.20pm.
I have a private multi-author blog and would like each post to show the date AND time it was posted.
Thanks in advance.
